How do I reset my InstaSex password?
On the login screen, choose “Forgot password” and follow the email link. If messages do not arrive, check spam folders or contact support with the email tied to your account.
How long does verification take?
Most submissions finish within minutes. During spikes, review can take longer—especially if human escalation is required.
Can I get a refund on a subscription?
Refund eligibility depends on platform rules (App Store / Google Play) and local regulations. Email [email protected] with your receipt and account email—we respond within one business day in most cases.
Someone is harassing me off-platform. Can InstaSex help?
Report the account in-app with context. While we cannot police SMS or other apps, on-platform behavior can still violate our policies and lead to suspension.
How do I delete my InstaSex account?
Use in-app settings → account → delete. If you cannot sign in, email support from your registered address so we can verify ownership.
